Carl I. Hutchinson, Jr., 81, of Saratoga, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2017, at the Saratoga Care Center. He had been in failing health for the past year. He was born in Rawlins, March 3, 1936, to Carl, Sr., and Teresa (Wood) Hutchinson. Eugene Bashor, 91, died August 28, 2017 at Kinzua Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Warren, Pennsylvania. In recent years, Eugene lived with his brother and family in Pennsylvania. Word was received here this week of the death of former Saratoga and Encampment resident Ronald Arnold Perue who passed away Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017, in a Spokane, Washshington hospital. Robert Lee Wright of Saratoga peacefully passed away at his home, August 21, 2017. He had been under the care of several doctors for about four months battling kidney cancer. Bob, as he was affectionally known, retired from Sinclair Oil Company as Senior Corporate Projects Planner two years ago. Roger L. Williams, long-time part-time resident of Encampment died July 4, age 94, after a brief illness. At age 8, Roger learned to fly-fish on French Creek and then for decades fished on the Platte. In more recent years, he could be seen in the Sierra Madre Range collecting plants for the Rocky Mountain Herbarium. A graduate of Greeley High School, Roger began college at Colorado College. Ella May Geisick died May 8, 2017 after a 6 1/2 year battle with ovarian cancer. She was born October 7, 1938 in Rosalie, Nebraska, the daughter of Fred Hans and Goldie May Schneider.
