    The 4-2-1 decision by the Rawlins City Council on November 15 to revoke the hauling license for Dirty Boyz Sanitation lasted all of three days.     Bill Schroer of Saratoga, believes his cargo trailer was taken during the night of October 27, or possibly early morning.     The Carbon County Coroner’s Office has confirmed the identity of the remains found on October 16, 2022 to be that of those belonging to Mark Strittmater. Mark Strittmater is the hunter who went missing on October 19, 2019 while hunting in the Sierra Madres.
