    Four men have been added to the Encampment-Riverside Lions Club Hall of Fame for 2016: John Priquet, Otto Wirz, Jay Talbott and Marvin Brandt.     Battle Pass Scenic Byway Alliance will host Michael Martin Murphey from 4:30-6:30 p.m., June 12 at the Platte Valley Community Center. Murphey will also do a Saturday night show on the second Saturday in June during future years, a press release said.
