    There were four people here for Bridge on Monday. High winner was Gertrude Herold. Jane took some people out on the bus to see the Christmas lights last Friday. She had 10 people.     As part of our Thanksgiving project, the club collected canned goods and food items for the Platte Valley Food Pantry. Members have been preparing for Christmas, and buying Christmas gifts for all the residents at Deseret Health Care and Rehab. We will be gift wrapping Dec. 17 along with a carry-in dinner.     Friday is the deadline to deliver gifts to Town & Country Realty for the Valley Service Organization’s 2013 Giving Tree. “We are still accepting family gifts like movies and board games,” Town & Country’s Administrative Assistant Mary Martin said.
