    The Hotel Wolf was standing room only most of Friday night as customers and friends came to celebrate with the Campbells the 120th anniversary of the Hotel Wolf. The Campbells have owned the Wolf for 37 years.     Two Saratoga speech team performers received first place in the duet category at the recent Kelly Walsh Speech and Debate Meet in Casper. Seniors Becca Treat and Kaylyn Wessel, both from Encampment High School, won first place in the duet performance category with their piece from the book "My Sister's Keeper" by Jodi Picoult.     The Carbon County School District No. 2 Speech Team returned from last weekend’s speech meet with feathers in the cap. Head coach Brenda Ostendorf said she was proud of her team as they beat two 4A schools at the meet in Evanston. Ostendorf said the Evanston meet did not classify 1A/2A schools. “They had big schools and small schools, and the small schools were much bigger than ours.” Although the team did not return with a trophy they did return with some high compliments from the judges. On Sunday afternoon, four residents played Dominoes with Truth Karstoft winning. On Tuesday morning, five residents played Yahtzee with Charlotte Cross winning. On Christmas Day, residents enjoyed a sumptuous dinner of roast turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, dinner roll, cranberry sauce, and apple pie. The turkey was donated by Suzie Cox.
