Upon roll call, Councilmen Gross, Ledbetter, Sowder, and Dahl were found present.     The Town of Encampment sponsored a tasty barbeque and lots of goodies on August 6. The music from "Pert Near Sandstone musicians, Sipe and Kniebel, J Lenz, Justin Bruhn and Matt Cartier gave us a taste of folksy, Americana style music with a modern twist.
