Birth: Thayne Allan Berger

Kirby and Dixie Berger announce the birth of their son Thayne Allan Berger born at 5:56 a.m., on May 27, 2013 at Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie.
Thayne weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces and was 21 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Bob and Judy Daily of Huntley, Wyo. Paternal grandparents are Jack and Diana Berger of Saratoga and Larry and Carol Pancost of Stoneham, Colo.

Birth: Jordynn Tianna Ross

Greg Ross and Jessica Duhring proudly announce the birth of their second child.
Jordynn Tianna Ross (baby girl) was born Dec. 28, 2013 at 9:21 a.m., at University of Missouri Women and Children Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.
She was 5.14 pounds and was 18.5 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Frank and Judith Duhring of Saratoga.
The paternal grandparents are Greg Ross Sr. and LaJohnna Wooldrige, of St. Louis, Mo.

Bingo, bridge and birthdays

There were seven here to play Bingo Tuesday. Two-dollar winners were Berneil McCord, Merle Starr, Grace Johnston, and Pat Faust. Berneil McCord and Merle Starr shared a $2 round. Jack Riddick won the $4 blackout round.
There were three tables for Duplicate Bridge this week. High winners were Marilyn Walck & Barbara Wright. Second high went to and Janet Donolan & Sheila Johnson.

Keeping an eye on blood pressure

All is well in Encampment, although June flew by way too fast. We kept an eye on blood pressures of 40 people this month, thanks so much to Helen Weilend for Volunteering to do blood pressures this month.
We have had 58 coffee drinkers in as of Friday.
Quilters have been sewing away on Miss Nancy’s Quilt.
We have had over 100 game players throughout this month.

New activities all the buzz

At Deseret Health and Rehab, residents enjoyed many activities throughout the week. The Activity Department offers a wide variety of activities each week to meet the residents’ interests, as well as the physical, mental and psychological well-being of each resident.
