Don’t Stew About It – We Are Still Getting Snow

I know, I know. Comfort food season has pretty much ended, but I hadn’t yet made a beef stew this winter and needed to do it before moving on to summer recipe season. (Imagine me worrying about this in Wyoming, since as I am writing this article it started snowing!) This classic dish has long been a favorite of my household, as it combines tender meat, wholesome vegetables, and rich flavors into one satisfying meal.
