Some of these solicitations imply that folks won’t get their Social Security benefits unless they pay $10 and sign a petition addressed to me.     The Encampment High School boys' and girls' basketball teams finished off the final games of December and 2016 last week, ending the week with the boys having a record of 4-4 and the girls slightly better poised at 5-2. Tuesday, the Tigers hosted North Park High School from Walden, Colo., in the Tiger Den in Encampment.     Encampment School Spanish teacher Toby Ricks only had a trimester's worth of eighth grade Spanish and two months of training from the Church of Latter Day Saints when he first went to Ecuador as a teenage missionary. He hopes his students will be a little better prepared for their trip this summer, but admits there are some lessons that just can't be taught in the classroom.     State winners were named at the 2016 Wyoming Make It With Wool (MIWW) Competition held on Dec. 4-5 at the Parkway Plaza Hotel in Casper. First place in the Junior Division went to Ashlynn Johnson of Encampment who modeled a 4-piece ensemble including a teal/green/brown bouclé wool coat, teal asymmetrical-style jacket, ivory shell top, and tailored brown slacks.
