The 15th annual Party on the Platte fundraiser was a huge success. Every year, the Platte Valley Community Center (PVCC) Foundation puts on this event either Friday or Saturday depending on when the University of Wyoming's football game is happening. The lesson was learned at earlier events, people do not like to miss their favorite team playing. Approximately 160 people attended the event catered by the Hotel Wolf.
