The population of Saratoga increased by over 20% last Friday afternoon. Just for a few hours and all in the form of cross country athletes from high schools around Wyoming. The parade route was lined to see the senior class float, one from each of the other classes and several teams. Parade goers were rewarded with candy thrown from the floats, cars & trucks.
