    The Riverside Town Council regretfully accepted the resignation of Helen Weiland as their representative to the South Central Wyoming Emergency Medical Service (SCWEMS) Joint Powers Board (JPB).     Marty Huntley was honored for his exemplary service at South Central Wyoming Emergency Medical Service (SCWEMS) Joint Powers Board (JPB) meeting Sept. 10 and made a member in perpetuity of the organization.
