A former rodeo competitor, Jackman will be seen at the State Fair as well as the Carbon County Fair and rodeos throughout Carbon County until the next year when a new lady-in-waiting is announced.     Hello all, The police department has been getting some complaints about dogs not being on a leash in public places. The biggest area of complaint is at Veterans Island.
