Saratoga junior Jace Berger and his team roping partner, Matthew Britton, kept their fourth place ranking at state finals, which makes them national qualifiers. The team held third place for much of the week, but then the fourth place team had a faster time and moved up, Berger said. The first day, the team placed first.
