In celebration of Arbor Day, Saratoga Elementary School students planted trees with the Saratoga-Encampment-Rawlins Conservation District (SERCD) Wyoming Game and Fish (WGFD) and Wyoming State Forestry Divsion last Friday. Two students became the first from Carbon County School District No. 2's speech team to compete at the National Individual Events Tournament of Champions (NIETOC), held May 9-11 at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minn.
