    Saratoga resident Sherry Kunz, 45, appeared in second district court in Rawlins on April 25 for sentencing after pleading guilty to obtaining property by false pretenses, a felony. Judge Wade Waldrip sentenced Kunz to 3 to 6 years in prison, with five years suspended sentence. She was also ordered to pay $38,728.77 in restitution to Spur Outfitters, as well as various court fees.
