It is not too surprising because Spiering does everything a champion should as far as extra conditioning, wrestling camps, hard workouts and dedication to practice, Mason said. According to BOCES Coordinator Melissa Donough, at a special meeting on Feb. 2, the board discussed their current funding situation and found that for their activities, the amount is adequate.
