    There were eight here to play bingo on Tuesday. Two-dollar winners were Carl Kerbs, Betty Dean, Nadine Kerbs, Grace Johnston and Sue Howe. Berneil McCord won the $5 blackout round. There were eight here for Duplicate Bridge Monday. Our count has been down so we are trying to get it up by having a breakfast once in a while. We will be having breakfast Friday.     After coming home with a conference win against Lusk (0-4, 2A Southeast, 5-10 overall) the Lady Panthers lost to the 2A Southeast conference No. 1 ranked Southeast Lady Cyclones 23-44.     The Encampment Tigers clearly negated the foundation of the Hanna-Elk Mountain-Medicine Bow (HEM) Miners in Friday's 70-37 victory.
