Ronald J. (Ron) Sifford, 65, passed away Saturday October 30 at Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, Wyoming from COVID-19. He was surrounded by family at the time of his passing. He was born April 7, 1956 in Fort Collins, Colorado to Leonard and Edith (Vigil) Sifford, the oldest of four children. Kevin Lee Koessel passed away peacefully in his Pinedale home surrounded by loved ones on Saturday, November 6th, 2021 at the age of 55. He was born May 24, 1966 in Greenville, MI to Margaret Ruth and Francis O. Koessel. He married Cheryl Spall on June 10, 2013, though they enjoyed more than 20 happy years together in total. The 2nd Annual Urban Agriculture Workshop put on by the Medicine Bow Conservation District (MBCD) was held at the Medicine Bow Community Hall on October 16. It attracted a good crowd, with participants coming from as far away as North Carolina. The event was organized by Anelyse Perue of the MBCD.
