    The 103rd Wyoming State Fair and Rodeo is accepting local entries from Wyoming cowboys and cowgirls to participate in the 2015 PRCA Rodeo. Rodeo performances are scheduled for August 13-14 at the State Fairgrounds.     Two University of Wyoming graduates played key roles in last week’s successful NASA test flight of a spacecraft designed to eventually take humans to Mars.
