    The Wyoming Stock Growers Land Trust is seeking nominations for the 2018 Kurt Bucholz Award. The award was created in 2008, in memory of Kurt Bucholz, DVM, a legislator and rancher from Saratoga.     Seniors graduating from Carbon County School District No. 2 (CCSD 2) high schools can now apply for the annual $500 Youth Citizenship Award (YCA) offered by the Valley Service Organization (VSO).     On February 15th, 2018 a multi-vehicle crash occurred at Milepost 214 on Interstate 80, near Rawlins, Wyoming around 3:38 a.m. A commercial vehicle was traveling eastbound on Interstate 80.
