    Anglers who prefer to catch and eat their fish—rather than catch and release—have updated guidelines from the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (WGFD) and the Wyoming Department of Health in regards to fish consumption.     Wyoming communities can now apply for the 2022 State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) grant from the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security. The SHSP grant is 100 percent federally funded and provides funding to eligible applicants based on Wyoming’s homeland security strategies and priorities.     A 58-year-old South Dakota man is dead following an avalanche in the Encampment River Wilderness on March 12.
