    The Saratoga Museum will be hosting The Spirit of the West Band to celebrate the life of Charles Alonzo Kennaday 1856-1940. He was a homesteader at Cedar Creek in 1883 and resided in the Valley for 57 years with his wife Elizabeth. This will be open to the public at 6 p.m. Sunday at the Saratoga Museum. Cory Hagreen, of Rawlins, has been arrested on two counts, Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Burglary and Accessory after the Fact (Aggravated Burglary).     A floating tree capsized a boat Saturday afternoon sending three Colorado men into the Platte River between the Highway 130 bridge and Saratoga. The three men were able to climb upon the tree and floated for an hour before they were discovered by another boater who called 911.     Lake Creek road will be closed on the Pennock Wildlife Habitat Management Area near Saratoga until further notice. Access to Pennock Mountain is still available on the Bureau of Land Management Road 3417 on the south end of the unit.
