    Seven counties have been awarded grants to implement a Project Lifesaver program in their county. Carbon County joins Natrona, Laramie and Converse counties in the Lifesaver program.     The Saratoga Panthers lost to the Lusk Tigers 65-51 Friday. Head coach Jason Williams said he was very proud of how hard the boys played, noting that they came back from a 15 point lag and then led for some time. Jeremy Detterer, of Saratoga, and Ashlynn Johnson, of Encampment, competed in Gillette last weekend. Detterer placed 7th place in the 3200 meter race with a time of 10 minutes and 57.52 seconds.     Laramie Region Aquatic Habitat Biologist Christina Barrineau had help from the Laramie Habitat and Access crew and employees of Stantec to plant willows and cottonwoods on the Boykin Reach of the Encampment River habitat project.
