    The Saratoga Town Council held their regularly scheduled meeting on March 4. Town Engineer Chuck Bartlett discussed plans to re-stripe the parking lines downtown. The parking lines on Bridge Street are currently faded, making it difficult for patrons to park at local business. The last time the parking lines were striped was 2012.     Saratoga Police Chief Tom Knickerbocker said, in the early morning of March 6, three cars were stolen in Saratoga. Two cars were stolen from Club Court and another car was taken from West Walnut. Jerry Colson with the Carbon County Sheriff's Office said that one of the stolen vehicles was recovered Sunday evening.     After last week’s water pump mishap, water flow is back to normal in Saratoga. Saratoga town engineer Chuck Bartlett said that four out of the five wells are back up and running. There is now enough water being pumped to sustain a constant level of water. “We’re out of the crunch now,” Bartlett said. The board said they received three letters of interest after former CCSD#2 school board chairman Greg Bartlett resigned.     Sunday’s weather may have hurt the town’s access to water. As of Tuesday morning, all five Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), which enable water wells to pump water, have stopped working . Three of the well pumps are pulling over average, meaning that they are totally non-functional.
