In a bid to lessen travel times for their far-flung troops, Cub and Boy Scout leaders in Carbon County have decided to begin sharing activities and functions with troops in Albany and Jackson Counties in Colorado. Director of Public Works Jon Winter appeared to lower blood pressure among Saratoga Town Councilmembers when he announced that a Feb. 19 meeting with Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) officials had gone well.
