    Wyoming has continued to shed jobs in the midst of a bearish oil market, according to unemployment figures published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) June 22.     Carbon County School District No. 2 (CCSD 2) board of directors met on Wednesday where it passed a new budget for the 2016-2017 school year, discussed a new scheme to improve educational performance district wide and adopted a plan to standardize emergency response at local schools.     Wyoming Game and FishDepartment (WGF) held an annual meeting in Saratoga Thursday to update Valley residents and hunters about the progress of the Platte Valley Mule Deer Plan, and to hear public feedback on the plan from residents, hunters and nature lovers.     The town of Saratoga recently was given a copy of the new master plan for the town by Community Builders, Inc., the firm that was hired to produce the plan. The master plan is 254 pages including all appendices, and lays out strategies for town growth, the resources that Saratoga has and issues that may stand in the way of progress for the town as it grows over the next couple decades.
