    The Encampment Town Council approved a bid from a Cheyenne construction company’s for Encampment’s Emergency Water Supply Project Thursday night. Merrill Incorporated, a Cheyenne construction company, was approved for the bid and granted a notice of award for the project by the town council. Merrill Inc.’s bid was $120,322, the lowest of the three bids that PMPC Civil Engineers received.
